So, this entire week has pretty much been about writing a memoir of a person/place/event/thing that has had significance in my life. Doesn’t sound so bad, right? Wrong! Oh so wrong. At first I was like, “Oh, well, I’ll just do my trip to NYC.” No, that was a fail right from the get-go. The essay had to be between 500-600 words –although I kept saying pages and freaking people out, it was great-, and couldn’t be over or under that limit. Well, I had to narrow down my topic, which the first way I did that was to change my subject to something completely different. Then, the other day I went to have my teacher check on my thesis and introduction, and yeah, he practically told me they sucked. Which, I already knew that much, so it wasn’t anything new, but a little disheartening because that meant I had to re-write yet again. It was by this time that I had written five drafts of ONE essay, and had gone through so much notebook paper that I had enough of those frilly things to send secret messages to Nimh and back. I haven’t even seen that movie, so I don’t really know how long it would take to get to the center of a tootsie pop. So, I wound up with, and this is of current date, a total of seven rough drafts, will write the eighth tomorrow, have my friend check it, then type up the final draft. That was the gist of my week, it sucked, BAD.
Oh, but there was a little comic relief today when I turned on the television for the first time in FOREVER. Oh yeah, before I get to that, I almost missed track and field sign-ups, and then figured out that I would have been tracked down by the head coach if I hadn’t put my ‘Jane’ Hancock on the thrower’s list. Something about how I made it too far to give up my career as a discus thrower, but yeah. I turned on the TV, and the little info box said something about people grappling with bisexuality in their lives, while trying to maintain both a relationship with a girl and a guy. Ha! Then right after I read that these two chicks started making out, creepiest thing I’ve ever seen, though I’m sure some of you males are like, “Heck yes!” Well, it was weird for me, so when I told my brother he was all, “Meh.” Pretty much didn’t care, usually doesn’t, that was nothing new. We hate each other, it’s a mutual feeling, but we do converse occasionally. I prefer physical abuse to his head though, it makes me chuckle.
We got snow today, that sucks, wow more suckage. I hate that frikkin’ groundhog and his stupid shadow…why couldn’t he have just stayed out of that dark little hole of his! Gah! I can’t run in this stuff, it’s just not possible, nor would it be fun to fall on my back to further strain what’s already in severe pain. Speaking of pain, I go to the doctor’s soon to find out what the hell is wrong with my neck and back. It’s kind of creepy, but I think I have extra bones…yeah, it’s wonderful. I’m positive I have slipped discs somewhere, had a friend’s mom look at it, she said something about C’s and numbers and yadda yadda. I think I’m done ranting about life now. If you were smart you would have stopped after the first couple of lines, but maybe you’re not. It’s cool, you be who you are you lovely you. ~<3

Right now, I have a passionate loathing for cold weather. I can't stand the cold, my circulatory system isn't up to the challenge of heating my body in the winter. My sports consist of the upcoming track and field season.

Lol, well, I'm almost done with my high school career, one year left after this! Woo~! Did cross country in the fall, as usual, and am preparing for track by the spring. Let's see...I was offered a scholarship opportunity, which I'm not taking because it's on the exact dates of something else, and I wasn't willing to give up that because it also helps with college funding.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
